oh I see haha, I have no idea of any of those words. Even so, I think that seeing this kinda messages when they are blocking your freedom wouldnt be as nice as the ones on the free, unlimited streets! :D

Umm, no ... it's just a warning sign for high voltage.
And yea, they're really everywhere, at every electrical box (or something like that ...) and near every power line.
